The total capital of Naša banka ad Banja Luka has been increased by 5 million convertible marks and is the result of the successful recapitalization of the Bank through the 23rd issue of shares for a known investor in advance - GI Finance doo Zvornik. The decision on the 23rd issue of shares for a known investor in advance was made by the Assembly of the Joint Stock Company Naša banka Banja Luka at an extraordinary session held on 12 September 2024.
The aforementioned Decision determined the issuance of 5,000,000 shares, with a nominal value of 1 KM per share. The investor GI Finance doo Zvornik paid for the issued shares in full on 11 November 2024, at a selling price of 1 KM per share, or at a total issue value of 5 million KM.
