NOTICE TO CUSTOMERS - PROTECT YOUR DATA

We inform clients to be especially cautious in case of receiving suspicious SMS, Viber, email or other messages asking them to confirm, update or submit personal, financial or access data via a link.

The Bank never asks clients to provide their card number, PIN, CVV/CVC code, username, password, one-time codes or other confidential information via SMS messages, links in messages or unofficial channels.

We ask clients to:

  • do not open suspicious links;
  • do not respond to suspicious messages;
  • do not enter personal or financial information on unverified sites;
  • immediately report any attempted fraud to the Bank through official communication channels.

If you have already opened a suspicious link or submitted data, contact the Bank immediately to take protective measures.
