On the basis of Article 71, paragraph 1, point 18 of the Statute of NAŠA BANKA AD BANJA LUKA (01-1-15413/19 dated 29.10.2019, 01-1-399/21 dated 15.01.2021, 01- 1-9203/21 dated June 30, 2021. 01-1-16888/21 dated 25.11.2021, 01-1-997/23 dated 26.01.2023) and the rules of procedure of the Management Board and the decisions of the Management Board:

RULES AND CONDITIONS OF THE PUBLIC AUCTION:
The right to participate in submitting bids is open to all natural and legal persons, as well as foreign citizens who meet the legal requirements for acquiring real estate in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Republika Srpska .

The offer should contain: the name (first and last name) of the bidder, the offered purchase price, the bidder's contact information, as well as for individuals to submit copies of their ID cards, and for legal entities, an extract from the court register (copy).

If bids are submitted by proxies, the Power of Attorney must be drawn up in the form of a notarized document.
IV
The participant whose bid is determined to be the most favorable is obliged to conclude a Purchase and Sale Agreement and pay the determined price within 15 days from the date of the Decision, or rather the selection of the most favorable bidder.
If the buyer does not pay the price within the specified period, it is considered that he has withdrawn from concluding the purchase contract.
V
The costs of notarial processing of the contract and other costs related to the sale, transfer of ownership rights and registration in the land register and cadastre are borne by the buyer.
After concluding the Purchase Agreement, the buyer will take possession of the purchased property.

Offers can be submitted until January 10, 2024. year, and subsequently received offers will not be considered

The final decision on the selection of the most favorable bidder will be made by a committee proposed by the Bank's Management Board.
