NOTICE TO CUSTOMERS ABOUT NON-WORKING DAYS DURING HOLIDAYS

CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection in BiH, by confirming this on the Bank's website, I irrevocably consent to Naša banka ad Banja Luka (hereinafter referred to as: the Bank) collecting, processing and undertaking all actions necessary in connection with the processing of my personal data. I am submitting my personal data for the purpose of registering for the Bank's promotional campaign "ALWAYS WITH OUR PEOPLE".

I confirm that I have been informed by the Bank about the reasons for collecting data and providing this consent in accordance with Article 22 of the Law on Personal Data Protection ("Official Gazette of BiH" No. 49/06). Consent to the processing of personal data is given for the period from the conclusion of this legal transaction until the moment of fulfillment of all my contractual obligations towards the Bank or until the expiration of the deadlines prescribed by law.
I confirm that I will specifically notify the Bank in the event of withdrawal of consent.

I declare that I agree that the Bank may use my personal data via available means of communication (by telephone, letter, electronic means) in order to inform me about data from the contractual transaction in question, products and services within its business activities, which are aimed at promoting products and services and marketing purposes, and by signing this Consent I confirm that I have been informed of the intention to use it for the stated purposes and that I waive the right to object to such processing.

I give this Consent for the aforementioned purposes and it cannot be used for other purposes.

I further declare that:

- That all information is accurate and complete, and that I am aware that I will bear the consequences of providing inaccurate and incomplete information;
- That I will inform the Bank of any changes to my personal data without delay,
- That I am familiar with the Bank's Privacy Policy and with my rights that belong to me according to it.

I agree that Naša banka ad Banja Luka (hereinafter referred to as: the Bank) may inspect, process my personal data and use data on my credit exposure contained in the Central Credit Registry of the CBBIH; that it may dispose of all my personal data and other data in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection and/or other applicable regulations, and that it may collect, process and use all my personal and any other data for the purpose of negotiations on establishing a contractual relationship based on this Request for a product or service; that it has the right to independently obtain my personal data from the Agency for Identification Documents, Records and Data Exchange of BiH, and use this data as stated in the previous paragraph; that it may transfer all my personal data and other data it has at its disposal and collects to the Association of Banks of BiH as well as to third parties in accordance with the Law on Banks of the RS and other relevant regulations, as well as to verify data and information relevant to making a decision on using the product.

I have also been informed of all information related to the processing of my data, as well as the existence of rights in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection, such as the right to request access, correction or deletion of personal data, or the right to restrict processing, object and the right to file a complaint with the Bank.

I declare that I am informed that I can revoke my consent to the processing of data related to the delivery of information about offers at any time: in person at the branch, by sending a letter to the address Patrijarha Pavla3, Bijeljina, by e-mail to office@nasa-banka.com or by calling the free info line: 0800 50 213.

In the event of withdrawal of consent for data processing for the purpose of creating and submitting offers, I declare that I am aware that my data will no longer be used for these purposes and that withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of data processing and data transfer based on consent prior to its withdrawal.

All data and personal data at the Bank will be protected as confidential according to currently valid legal provisions.
The person submitting the request guarantees the accuracy of the data.
