Notification to clients on the approval of a program of special measures to mitigate the negative economic consequences caused by extraordinary circumstances: the floods of March/April 2025
Dear Sir/Madam,
We inform you that Naša banka ad Banja Luka (hereinafter: the Bank), in accordance with the Decision on temporary measures for banks to mitigate the negative economic consequences caused by extraordinary circumstances - floods in March/April 2025 (Official Gazette of the RS 34/25) of the Banking Agency of the Republic of Srpska (hereinafter: the Decision), has adopted a Program of special measures, which refers to the granting of relief to Bank clients who are directly or indirectly affected by the negative consequences of extraordinary circumstances (floods in the period March/April 2025), with the aim of recovering and overcoming the difficulties faced by Bank clients.
The program for approving temporary measures applies to the Bank's clients, both individuals and legal entities.
Special measures are approved by the Bank based on the client's written request. The client can submit a request for approval of special measures to the Bank no later than 60 days from the date of entry into force of this Decision.
