Naša Banka, as the heir to a banking tradition in our region that has lasted for more than 130 years, with over 30 branches and more than 180 employees, has become a member of the Galens Invest Group. The Galens Invest Group is one of the leading business groups in Serbia, which has expanded its operations to the European Union, and recently to the Republika Srpska, i.e. Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The last share trade resulted in a capital increase and a change in ownership, where the company Galens Invest Finance doo Zvornik became the majority owner with over 99% of management rights.
These activities have proven the shareholders' intentions to create a strong and stable financial institution, with a multitude of planned new activities in all segments of the bank's operations, through increasing the number of branches and employees, and through continuous investment in new technologies and in raising the bank's capital and liquidity levels.
Naša Banka has undergone a series of actions in the field of improving all processes and services of the business environment, and in the last and during this business year, it recorded business growth, which shows that the synergy of business tradition and innovative solutions brings great results, stability and security.
Galens Invest is a highly successful company engaged in investments in construction and is one of the leaders in this sector in Serbia and the region. The company is a member of a business group that, in addition to investments, also deals with engineering and construction works, agriculture, hospitality, and recently banking.
