Card Business Management Specialist in the Independent Card Business Management Department, based in Banja Luka.
ABOUT THE POSITION
In order to further develop and improve card operations, our bank is looking for an experienced and responsible candidate for the position of Card Operations Management Specialist.
The main tasks in this position include the development and introduction of card products and services, while providing support to card operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Development of card brand licenses (Visa and Mastercard) and payment card products in accordance with the Bank's business policy and the rules of card organizations;
- Proposing new activities to improve card operations and implementing them;
- Active cooperation with external partners in the field of card business (card processor, card organizations, suppliers);
- Regular monitoring of notifications and publications on the Visa Online portal, as well as implementation of compliance with new rules and functionalities;
- Preparation and completion of regular and extraordinary reports for card operations;
- Support to the Bank's business network for transactions in the scope of payment cards;
- Managing chargeback processes and resolving disputes;
- Identification and active management of risks in card business (Fraud, operational risks);
- Monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements and rules of card organizations;
- Preparation and proposal of individual acts within the jurisdiction of the organizational unit;
- Participating in the implementation of potential orders issued by internal and external audits in the field of card operations, and submitting reports on the status of order implementation;
- Cooperation with other organizational units in the Bank.
CONDITIONS
- Higher professional education (economics or IT).
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in card operations or related jobs in the financial sector (preference is given to candidates with experience in card operations).
- Advanced computer skills with technical literacy and easy adaptation to new software solutions.
- Active knowledge of the English language in speech and writing.
- Good knowledge of card products and processes (debit, credit cards, chargeback, fraud);
- Knowledge of the rules of card organizations;
- Strong analytical and communication skills;
- Proactive approach to work and orientation towards problem solving.

- that he/she is a citizen of BiH;
- that he is of legal age;
- that he is medically fit to perform the tasks of the specific workplace;
- that no criminal proceedings are being conducted against the candidate;
- that he/she has not been sentenced to imprisonment for any criminal offense against the economy or official duty.
