TO THE NEXT JOB

Independent Product and Process Development Associate in the Independent Product Development and Sales Support Department, based in Banja Luka.

ABOUT THE POSITION

In order to further develop and improve products and processes for corporate clients, our bank is looking for an experienced and responsible candidate for the position of Independent Product and Process Development Associate .

The main tasks in this position include the development and introduction of banking products, services and business processes for corporate clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

initiating improvements to banking products, services and business processes in accordance with internal regulations, regulatory requirements, good business practices and Bank standards;
needs analysis and formulation of functional proposals for new products and services, as well as for changes and improvements to existing processes, products and services of the Bank;
coordination of communication with the IT sector, external vendors and other organizational units of the Bank in the process of development, introduction of new products and implementation of application solutions in the Bank's information system;
development of functional specifications of products and processes and their coordination with other organizational units of the Bank;
participating in functionality testing in the Bank's information system, performing correctness checks and preparing for releasing the solution into the production environment;
monitoring functionality and processes after implementation in the production environment, and identifying and eliminating observed irregularities;
providing functional and operational support to the business network, including interpreting procedures, resolving non-standard situations and providing expert guidance;
participating in projects, development initiatives and business process improvement activities;
participating in employee education and initiating and, if necessary, implementing education for other Bank employees (within their scope of work).

CONDITIONS

Higher professional education (economics or IT).
Minimum 2 years of work experience in banking or related jobs in the financial sector.
Advanced computer skills with technical literacy and easy adaptation to new software solutions.
Active knowledge of the English language in speech and writing.

Strong analytical and communication skills.
Proactive approach to work and orientation towards problem solving.

that he/she is a citizen of BiH;
that he is of legal age;
that he is medically fit to perform the tasks of the specific workplace;
that no criminal proceedings are being conducted against the candidate;
that he/she has not been sentenced to imprisonment for any criminal offense against the economy or official duty.
