COMPETITION for employment
To the following position:
Accounting Officer in the Finance, Accounting and Reporting Sector – 1 employee, working place in Banja Luka.
Basic Duties and Responsibilities:
• Posting and processing of Bank/branch statements,
• Posting incoming and outgoing invoices, reconciling balances with clients, making payments and taking care of the collection of receivables,
• Preparation of outgoing invoices for accounting (rents, cost refunds, safes) at the Bank level,
• Responsibility for analytical records of suppliers and customers, reconciliation with the general ledger,
• To perform formal accounting and substantive controls of payment documentation, accounting of documentation and execution of payments based on received documentation,
• Responsibility for calculating taxes (direct and indirect), collecting documentation from clients for the purpose of correct tax calculation and for compiling VAT return forms,
• Responsibility for the calculation of wages and benefits on all grounds, as well as their payments,
• To initiate internal and external IOS, monitor, reconcile and harmonize them with analytics and the general ledger,
• To perform daily accounting entry, posting, reconciliation and reconciliation.
Conditions:
– Higher vocational education, degree in economics;
- minimum 1 year of work experience in the same or similar jobs;
– Certified Public Accountant license preferred.

1. that he/she is a citizen of BiH;
2. that he is of legal age;
3. that he is medically fit to perform the tasks of the specific workplace;
4. that no criminal proceedings are being conducted against him/her;
5. that he/she has not been sentenced to imprisonment for any criminal offense against the economy or official duty.
