TO THE NEXT JOB

Sales advisor for individuals in the branch in Derventa.
Sales adviser for individuals in the branch in Teslić.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

active sales and organizing visits to clients with the aim of acquiring clients and introducing them to the Bank's products and services;
monitoring of servicing and maintaining business relationships with the allocated client;
knowledge and management of the Bank's product and service offering for retail clients;
responsibility for the quality of the credit portfolio and collection of the loans for which it is responsible;
timely informing the client about the new offer of the Bank's products and services;
preparing proposals for new product and service offerings in accordance with market conditions;
knowledge and monitoring of the market and competitor activities;
providing high-quality consulting services through a professional relationship with clients;
reporting to the superior on the structure of client products and services and the quality of the credit portfolio for which he is responsible;
responsibility for the realization of the business plan for which he is in charge;
responsibility for organizing business in the branch, etc.

CONDITIONS

– Higher professional education (economics or other related field);

– Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or related work in the financial sector;

– Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills;

– Proactive approach to work and orientation towards achieving goals.

All candidates who apply for the Competition, in addition to the above specific requirements, must also meet the following requirements:

that he/she is a citizen of BiH;
that he is of legal age;
that he is medically fit to perform the tasks of the specific workplace;
that no criminal proceedings are being conducted against him;
that he/she has not been sentenced to imprisonment for any criminal offense against the economy or official duty.
