TO THE NEXT JOB:
Head of the Card Operations and Digital Banking Department in the Development and Digital Banking Sector, based in Banja Luka.
ABOUT THE POSITION
In order to further improve card operations and digital banking, our bank is looking for an experienced and responsible candidate for the position of Head of Card Operations and Digital Banking Department.
The main task of this position is to organize, improve and control all processes within card operations and digital banking, while ensuring efficiency, security and compliance with applicable standards and regulatory requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Organization and management of card operations (card issuance, administration, operational processes) and business digitalization processes;
– Managing daily operational activities and the team;
– Monitoring and improving key processes (SLA, complaints, incidents, request processing);
– Managing chargeback processes and resolving disputes;
– Identification and management of risks (fraud, operational risks);
– Cooperation with other organizational units in the Bank and the Bank's business network;
– Coordination with external partners (processors, card companies, suppliers, etc.)
– Monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements and card system rules;
– Proposing and implementing improvements and new solutions in card operations.
CONDITIONS
– Higher professional education (economics, IT or other related field);
– Minimum 3 years of experience in card operations or related work in the financial sector;
– Experience in managing operational processes (experience in leading a team is an advantage);
– Good knowledge of card products and processes (debit, credit cards, chargeback, fraud);
- Knowledge of the rules of card systems (Visa, Mastercard);
– Understanding of the regulatory framework and operational controls;
– Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills;
– Proactive approach to work and orientation towards problem solving.

– 1. that he is a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina;
– 2. that he is of legal age;
– 3. that he is medically fit to perform the tasks of the specific workplace;
– 4. that no criminal proceedings are being conducted against him/her;
– 5. that he/she has not been sentenced to imprisonment for any criminal offense against the economy or official duty.
DESIRED
– Experience in working with card management systems and processing platforms;
- Knowledge of security standards (PCI DSS, etc.);
– Experience in card product development projects or digital solutions.
