For the following position:

  • Sales Advisor/Head of the branch of Naša banka in Derventa;
  • Liquidator cashier at the branch of Our Bank in Derventa.

Employees who meet at least the following requirements can apply for the vacancy:

  • for sales advisor/branch manager:

Higher education, graduate degree in economics or a similar profession and at least one year of work experience in the same or similar jobs in a bank.

  • for the treasurer - liquidator:

At least secondary education (secondary school/university/high school), economics or similar major, at least one year of work experience in the same or similar jobs.

 

The main responsibilities and duties of the Sales Advisor/Branch Manager are:

  • active sales and organizing visits to clients with the aim of acquiring clients and introducing them to the Bank's products and services,
  • monitoring of servicing and maintaining the business relationship with the allocated client,
  • knowledge and management of the Bank's product and service offering for retail clients,
  • responsibility for the quality of the credit portfolio and the collection of the loan for which it is responsible,
  • timely informing the client about the Bank's new product and service offerings,
  • preparing proposals for new product and service offerings in accordance with market conditions;
  • knowledge and monitoring of the market and competitor activities
  • providing high-quality consulting services through a professional relationship with clients,
  • Reporting to the superior on the structure of client products and services and the quality of the credit portfolio for which he is responsible,
  • responsibility for the realization of the business plan for which he is in charge
  • responsibility for organizing business in the branch, etc.

 

The basic duties and responsibilities of the treasurer-liquidator are :

  • opening all types of accounts,
  • cash management for legal entities and individuals,
  • receiving and entering non-cash payment orders,
  • receiving requests and entering data for e-banking and web banking,
  • receiving and processing requests for standing orders, card services, SMS and e-mail statements, Western Union, currency exchange operations,
  • receiving requests for loans, scheduling, rescheduling and scheduling of deposits and savings deposits, etc.

 

All candidates who apply for the Competition, in addition to the above specific requirements, must also meet the following requirements:

  1. that he/she is a citizen of BiH;
  2. that he is of legal age;
  3. that he is medically fit to perform the tasks of the specific workplace;
  4. that no criminal proceedings are being conducted against him;
  5. that he/she has not been sentenced to imprisonment for any criminal offense against the economy or official duty.
