Our bank AD Banja Luka announces COMPETITION for employment

For the following position:

Associate for Market and Liquidity Risks in the Non-Credit Risks Department – Integrated Risk Management Sector in Banja Luka.

Basic Duties and Responsibilities:

Proposing internal acts regulating the management of market and liquidity risks,
Participation in the development and implementation of tools and methods for identifying, assessing, measuring, monitoring and controlling market and liquidity risks,
Developing, implementing and maintaining models for assessing and quantifying market and liquidity risks,
Control of input data on the basis of which calculations for market and liquidity risks are made according to local regulations,
Participation in the ICAAP and ILAAP process,
Performing stress testing for market and liquidity risks,
Identification of sources of necessary data, data collection and preparation of bases for analysis of the Bank's exposure to market and liquidity risks,
Assessment, analysis and prediction of the impact of foreign exchange, interest rate and liquidity risk on the Bank's operations,
Providing support for the decision-making process for necessary activities and improvements in market and liquidity risk management,
Preparation of internal and external (regulatory) reports on market and liquidity risks,
Monitoring and control of compliance with limits for market and liquidity risks,
Performing analysis of market and liquidity risks present in new products or new markets,
Participation in the development and implementation of new regulatory rules related to market and liquidity risk management, etc.

Conditions:

University degree, graduate in economics or similar profession,
a minimum of three years of work experience with the Higher Education Institution in the specified profession in the same or similar jobs,
computer skills.

All candidates who apply for the Competition, in addition to the above specific requirements, must also meet the following requirements:

that he/she is a citizen of BiH;
that he is of legal age;
that he is medically fit to perform the tasks of the specific workplace;
that no criminal proceedings are being conducted against him;
that he/she has not been sentenced to imprisonment for any criminal offense against the economy or official duty.
