Our bank AD Banja Luka announces COMPETITION for employment

For the following position:

Administration Officer in the Administration Department – Administration and Payments Sector, based in Banja Luka.

Basic Duties and Responsibilities:

checks and controls the submitted placement/deposit documentation,
checks the master data in the system in relation to the documentation,
controls the compliance of the submitted placement/deposit documentation with the data from the decision of the competent credit committee and with the data in the IS,
updates additional data into the system during the repayment of the placement,
enters, verifies, authorizes and posts orders for loan realization,
returns collateral documentation and archives files,
acts according to the instructions of the sales/collection sector regarding the activation of security instruments for the purpose of collecting due receivables,
performs internal control of realized placements, etc.,
archives the documentation created in the work.

Conditions:

University degree, graduate in economics or similar profession,
minimum 3 years of work experience in the same or similar jobs,
computer skills.

All candidates who apply for the Competition, in addition to the above specific requirements, must also meet the following requirements:

that he/she is a citizen of BiH;
that he is of legal age;
that he is medically fit to perform the tasks of the specific workplace;
that no criminal proceedings are being conducted against him;
that he/she has not been sentenced to imprisonment for any criminal offense against the economy or official duty.
