Our bank AD Banja Luka announces the expansion of the Bank's business network to the Prijedor area

For the following positions:

  1. Director of the branch of Naša banka in Prijedor, 1 executive;

Basic Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Organizes the work of the branch and manages the branch,
  • Responsible for achieving goals at the branch level,
  • Develops and controls the implementation of plans in the branch's activities with the aim of establishing long-term relationships with clients,
  • Implements sales strategy in order to achieve sales plan and initiates proposals for improvement and development of sales strategies,
  • Acquires new clients and improves business relations with existing clients, prepares offers for clients and closes deals,
  • Performs regular control of business success and the level of achieved goals in the branch and is responsible for the execution of the sales plan of the organizational unit he manages,
  • Monitors and is responsible for the quality of credit portfolios, actively participates in management

loans and debt collection,

  • Provides support to subordinate branch associates with the aim of implementing the set plan,
  • Manages and improves the quality of transaction and cash operations and provides instructions for improving the quality of sales and service,
  • controls the work of employees in the branch, evaluates work results, informs employees about changes in procedures and operational tasks and the introduction of new products, controls the work of employees in the branch and is required to submit reports or proposals to the Management in the field of labor and legal relations.

 

Conditions – Branch Manager:

  • university degree, Faculty of Economics or similar,
  • minimum 3 years of work experience with a university degree in banking,
  • computer skills.
  • driving test category B - active driver.

  

  1. Sales advisor for individuals , working in Prijedor, 1 employee;

Basic Duties and Responsibilities:

  • visits to individual clients, initiating meetings with the aim of acquiring new clients and introducing clients to products, services and benefits provided in doing business with the Bank,
  • preparing offers and credit proposals in accordance with applicable rules and instructions for individual clients,
  • presenting, selling, proposing and negotiating all offered products to individual clients,
  • monitoring of servicing and maintaining business relationships with allocated individual clients,
  • monitoring portfolio quality, debt collection and managing client credit files;
  • responsible for achieving the goals of selling the Bank's products and services: transaction accounts, deposits and savings accounts, payment cards, overdrafts, standing orders, SMS services, digital services of the Bank (e-bank and M-bank), etc.

 

Conditions – Sales Advisor for Individuals:

  • university degree, Faculty of Economics or similar,
  • minimum 1 year of work experience in the same or similar jobs in financial institutions,
  • computer skills,
  • driving test category B - active driver.

 

  1. Cashier-liquidator , with place of work in Prijedor, 2 executors;

Basic Duties and Responsibilities:

  • opening accounts for natural persons,
  • cash management for legal entities and individuals,
  • receiving and entering cash and non-cash payment orders,
  • receiving requests and entering data for the Bank's digital services (e-bank, M-bank),
  • receiving requests and activating a permanent account and SMS services,
  • receiving and processing requests for issuing payment cards (VISA),
  • carrying out exchange operations,
  • receipt, entry and payment of WU order (wester union),
  • receiving requests for loans, scheduling, rescheduling and scheduling of deposits and savings deposits, etc.

 

Terms - cashier liquidator :

  • VSS/Všs or secondary vocational education,
  • Economic or similar,
  • minimum 1 year of work experience in the same or similar jobs,
  • computer skills.

 

All candidates who apply for the Competition, in addition to the above specific requirements, must also meet the following requirements:

  1. that he/she is a citizen of BiH;
  2. that he is of legal age;
  3. that he is medically fit to perform the tasks of the specific workplace;
  4. that no criminal proceedings are being conducted against him;
  5. that he/she has not been sentenced to imprisonment for any criminal offense against the economy or official duty.
