COMPETITION for employment in the following position:

  1. Valuation and Collateral Management Officer - Internal Appraiser - 1 perpetrator, place of work in Banja Luka.

Basic Duties and Responsibilities:

  • evaluates the value of collateral for the needs of the Bank in accordance with valid internationally recognized valuation standards and meets the requirements of internal and ABRS acts and submits a report on the valuation of collateral;
  • controls the data submitted to the independent external appraiser and submits requests with documentation for the preparation of the appraisal to the independent external appraiser from the List of External Independent Appraisers in accordance with the Collateral Appraisal Procedure;
  • performs quality control of the assessment of the market value of collateral performed by external appraisers in accordance with the applicable internationally recognized valuation standards and meets the requirements from internal acts and acts of the ABRS and submits a report on the performed control;
  • controls the documentation related to collateral, for the purpose of checking the quality of the assessment, in accordance with the conditions prescribed by the Policy on Acceptable Collateral and Collateral Management;
  • performs subsequent collateral assessments in accordance with the Policy on Acceptable Collateral and Collateral Management;
  • manages and participates in the process of revaluation of collateral, i.e. reassessment of collateral, in accordance with internal acts, ABRS acts and legal obligations of the Bank;
  • controls the fulfillment of the conditions and criteria that must be met by the independent appraiser on the List of Independent Appraisers whose assessments the Bank will use when approving exposures, etc.

 

Conditions:

High degree of professional education, economic or other relevant field;

Work experience: minimum two years of work experience with a university degree in business, banking or financial matters;

Authorized appraiser/appraiser license.

 

All candidates who apply for the Competition, in addition to the above specific requirements, must also meet the following requirements:

  1. that he/she is a citizen of BiH;
  2. that he is of legal age;
  3. that he is medically fit to perform the tasks of the specific workplace;
  4. that no criminal proceedings are being conducted against him;
  5. that he/she has not been sentenced to imprisonment for any criminal offense against the economy or official duty.
