For the following positions:
Legal Entity Credit Risk Officer in the Credit Application Assessment Department in the Credit Risk Management Sector, based in Banja Luka.
International Payments Officer in the Administration and Payments Sector, based in Banja Luka.
Early Collection Officer in the Early Collection Department in the Credit Risk Management Sector, based in Banja Luka .
Basic Duties and Responsibilities – Credit Risk Officer legal entities:
Independent and completely autonomous assessment of the risk of proposed credit placements with the aim of controlling and minimizing credit risk,
Control of the compliance of the credit proposal with the prescribed policies, procedures and decisions governing the approval of loans and control of established limits,
Development of methods and tools for identification, assessment, measurement, monitoring and control of credit risk,
Monitoring credit risk to maintain an acceptable risk profile of the Bank's credit portfolio,
Analysis of the credit portfolio and formation of the "Watch List",
Creation of tools for risk assessment and risk assessment, etc.
Basic Duties and Responsibilities - International Payment Transaction Officer:
processes all transactions, outgoing and incoming in the international payment system (loro and nostro remittances, individual and collective, letters of credit, guarantees, etc.),
carries out correspondence with foreign banks,
monitors balances on foreign currency accounts and reconciles analytics and the general ledger,
checking the balance on clients' foreign exchange accounts and recording any changes that occur
preparation and sending of statements on foreign currency accounts of legal entities and sending them at the client's request, etc.
Basic Duties and Responsibilities - Early Collection Officer:
direct contact with clients who have outstanding unpaid debts with the aim of finding solutions and collecting them, conducting field visits to clients,
participate in client analysis and proposing refinancing or reprogramming,
loan repayment analysis and assessment of collectability, monitoring and control of client receivables collection,
researching all relevant information that can contribute to better and easier collection as well as a better negotiating basis
collection of overdue receivables on all grounds, including forced collection of overdue receivables on retail loans,
responsibility for the efficient implementation of the collection procedure in all stages of collection, etc.
Conditions:
University degree, graduate in economics or similar profession,
minimum 3 years of work experience in the same or similar jobs,
computer skills,
knowledge of English.
All candidates who apply for the Competition, in addition to the above specific requirements, must also meet the following requirements:
that he/she is a citizen of BiH;
that he is of legal age;
that he is medically fit to perform the tasks of the specific workplace;
that no criminal proceedings are being conducted against him;
that he/she has not been sentenced to imprisonment for any criminal offense against the economy or official duty .
