The services that Our Bank can provide you through payment transactions in the country are :
- execution of cash orders (cash deposit and payment by check),
- realization of non-cash orders (internal and external),
- availability of funds upon receipt to the account
- professional support and assistance when making payments,
- use of electronic payment services,
- issuing certificates of account balance and transactions and other certificates as needed,
- delivery of statement of account changes (in branches, electronically, via e-mail, via mobile phone)
Receipt and execution of orders
Orders are accepted every working day, and they can be submitted in person at the counter or electronically via the electronic banking system.
- Internal orders (payments within the Bank) are received and executed on the same banking day.
- External orders received by 1:00 p.m. are executed on the same banking day.
- External orders received after 1:00 PM will be executed no later than the next banking day.
- External orders with amounts over 10,000.00 KM (RTGS) and all orders marked "urgent" are received by 3 pm and are processed on the same banking day.
Acceptance of orders on Saturdays: all internal orders will be received and processed on the same day, while external orders will be received on the same day but will be processed on the first following working day.
