Target groups of funding:
a) Target Group 1 – MSMEs (micro, small and medium-sized enterprises) that have experienced a decline in gross turnover/turnover of at least 20 percent in the second quarter of 2020 compared to the second quarter of 2019, or that have experienced a decline in turnover/turnover in the current fiscal year compared to the previous fiscal year, etc.
b) Target group 2 – MSMEs (micro, small and medium enterprises) that are inclusive of women; young MSMEs, or MSMEs in less developed regions, etc.
"Women-inclusive MSMEs"
- (1) more than 50 percent owned by women (i.e. with at least one female shareholder with properly documented representation and management powers); or
- (2) led by women (i.e. with at least one woman in top management or with at least 25 percent representation of women in middle management); or
- (3) employs a percentage of women that is higher than the average percentage recorded in the relevant sector; or
- (4) the share of employment of women increased by at least 5 (five) percent in the previous year.
“Young Enterprises”: Enterprises less than 5 (five) years old from the date of registration with the relevant tax authority, but not established after January 1 of the year preceding the submission of the application.
