NOTICE: Dear clients, in order to prevent the spread of the coronavirus infection, and following the instructions and orders of all competent authorities in the field of health care, and taking into account the health of clients and employees, we inform you that Naša banka AD BIJELJINA has taken the following measures: • increased hygiene protection within branches, especially the counter hall; • limited number of clients who can be in branches at the same time (in branches and sub-branches up to 5 clients, and in agencies up to 3); • respecting the distance between clients of at least 1 meter; • priority for entry is given to the elderly, disabled, pregnant women and mothers with children; We also appeal to clients to make greater use of digital payment services, i.e. internet and mobile banking, and to make all payments, wherever possible, via payment cards in order to reduce the use of cash (banknotes and coins) as a potential source of infection, and to minimize personal contact and stay in branches
