For the following positions:

Head of the Independent Department for the Prevention of Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism – 1 employee, working in Banja Luka.

Basic Duties and Responsibilities:

Manages, coordinates the work of the Department,
It applies legal and regulatory regulations that regulate the area of preventing money laundering and terrorist financing,
Establishes efficient and effective procedural implementation of the customer identification and monitoring system and risk assessment system in accordance with the requirements of the SPN and FTA,
Establishes efficient and effective procedural implementation of the system for identifying and monitoring clients in accordance with FATCA directives,
It implements and supervises the implementation of the requirements of supervisory and regulatory institutions related to activities within its jurisdiction.

Conditions:

Higher education,
minimum 5 years of work experience in the same or similar jobs.

Officer for the Prevention of Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism – 1 employee, working in Banja Luka.

Basic Duties and Responsibilities:

Participates in the efficient and effective establishment and implementation of a procedural system for identifying and monitoring clients and a risk assessment system in accordance with the requirements of the SPN and FTA,
Participates in the efficient and effective establishment and implementation of a procedural system for identifying and monitoring clients in accordance with FATCA directives,
Monitors the work, coordinates the work and participates in the implementation of internal training of employees whose responsibilities include activities related to SPN and FTA and FATCA,
Prepares and participates in the preparation of external reports for competent institutions and internal reports for the Bank's bodies,

Conditions:

Higher education,
minimum 3 years of work experience in the same or similar jobs.

Senior Accounting Officer in the Administration Department, Administration and Payments Sector – 1 employee, working in Banja Luka.

Basic Duties and Responsibilities:

Reconciliation of analytical records and the general ledger,
Control of the calculation of interest and fees,
Posting analytics on credit accounts of individuals and businesses,
De-booking of advance accounts for loans to businesses and entrepreneurs,
Control of clearing of advance accounts of the population,
Calculation of interest and sending of interest slips,
Calculation of interest and commissions on deposits and savings.

Conditions:

University degree, economics,
minimum 3 years of work experience in the same or similar jobs.

All candidates who apply for the Competition, in addition to the above specific requirements, must also meet the following requirements:

that he/she is a citizen of BiH;
that he is of legal age;
that he is medically fit to perform the tasks of the specific workplace;
that no criminal proceedings are being conducted against him;
that he/she has not been sentenced to imprisonment for any criminal offense against the economy or official duty.
