As the Bank recognized the advantages of applying the ISO (International Organization for Standardization) certification group, it implemented a quality management system in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard.

The continuity of the application of the ISO 9001 standard began in 2005, when the Bank went through all stages of the standard's development. By applying the ISO 9001:2015 standard, the focus is on the satisfaction and protection of the users of our services. Recognizing the advantages of applying ISO 9001:2015, the Bank has also implemented the information management standard, ISO 27001:2013, with the aim of improving business processes and protecting its clients.
