Transaction accounts for cash and non-cash deposits, withdrawals, transfers and payments can be opened by all adult citizens (and minors with a Legal Representative). Depending on the dynamics and type of inflow, it is possible to open different types of accounts in domestic and foreign currency:

• The current account is intended for regular monthly income (salary, pension, etc.)
• Giro account is intended for occasional inflows of funds
• The foreign currency account is intended for international payment services

To open an account, domestic natural persons need:

• Photocopy of identification document (ID card or passport)
• Proof of residence or utility bill that can prove residence
• Account opening request

To open an account, for foreign individuals (non-residents), you need:

• a photocopy of the identification document, certified by the competent institution from the non-resident's country of residence (for foreigners with a place of residence outside Serbia, Croatia and Montenegro, a translation of the identification document into one of the official languages in BiH, certified by a certified court interpreter, is required)
• Declaration of non-existence of an account subject to a freezing measure (on the Bank's form)
• Statement on the absence of outstanding liabilities based on public revenues and taxes in BiH (Tax Administration of RS/FBiH)
• Document indicating the non-resident's address (residence or domicile)

* Depending on the purpose of opening the account, additional documentation is required (e.g. if the person is employed, a work permit, an employment contract is required, if the person is a student, a confirmation from the faculty that they are a student, if it is a payment based on an inheritance, then a Decision on the inheritance hearing.

• To close a transaction account, you need to submit a request at the nearest Bank branch.

* All accounts that are not used for a year are automatically terminated due to inactivity. Account closing is free of charge.

• The safe can be rented by natural persons of legal age and/or legal entities that have an established business relationship with the Bank.
• The right to use the safe deposit box is vested in the Lessee or a person authorized by the Lessee, who provides consent on the Bank's prescribed authorization form.
• Natural persons can authorize two persons, while legal entities can only authorize one person.
• Before each access and use of the safe, the tenant or authorized person/proxy must identify themselves with an ID card or passport.

You can rent a safe in one of the following branches of the Bank:

• East Sarajevo Branch, First Sarajevo Brigade 5
• Access to the safe is allowed from Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

The safe can store valuables such as:

• Important documents
• Jewelry
• Securities, etc.

• The safe rental contract can be concluded for periods of: one, two, three and five years.
• If the contracting parties do not terminate the safe deposit box rental agreement upon expiration of the agreed period, it will automatically be renewed for the previously agreed period.
• Upon expiration of the safe deposit box lease, the Lessee is required to return the safe deposit box keys and empty the safe, or pay a fee for a new contractual period if he or she wishes to continue using the safe deposit box.
• The safe deposit box rental fee depends on the size of the safe and the rental period.

• All natural persons can open a savings account: residents and non-residents.
• Children's savings are opened in the name of a child represented by a parent, legal representative or guardian.

• Resident: valid identity card, proof of residence not older than 3 months (CIPS) or utility bill in your name.
• If it is a child's savings account, the presence of both parents is required, along with the specified documentation and the child's birth certificate.

Yes, by submitting a written request to the Bank in accordance with the contractual provision defining the terms of termination of the term non-purpose deposit contract before the expiration of the contracted term deposit period.

• All deposits of individuals are insured with the Deposit Insurance Agency in accordance with the Law on Deposit Insurance of BiH.
• The amount of the insured deposit per individual user is 70,000.00 KM.

The bank can grant loans to a person who is not in a permanent relationship until the end of the contracted employment relationship.

• Up to 50,000 KM.
• For loans secured by a term deposit, a larger amount may be approved, or in proportion to the term deposit.

• Up to 20,000 KM.
• Loans for pensioners are granted up to the age of 75, except in the case of coverage by an insurance policy.

Our Mbank application uses a high level of security, including:

• Data encryption protection
• The minimum amount of data stored in the mobile device
• Automatic shutdown of the application after 3 minutes of inactivity
• Security is further ensured by a software token for user identification using a PIN
• The PIN for the Nas Mbank application is not linked to the mobile phone PIN; it is recommended that they be different for additional security.
• Keep your PIN safe, as it is your signature! Do not reveal it to others to prevent misuse.

• You can use the Our Mbank service on multiple devices/phones

• Currency conversion and foreign exchange purchases can be done within your accounts.
• The transfer of foreign currency to the accounts of other clients, individuals or legal entities, is not allowed because the law prohibits cashless foreign exchange payments within the country

• If the application is locked due to incorrect password and username entry, you can try again after a period of 5 minutes has elapsed.

• Visit the nearest Naše Bank branch to change the password and username for Naš Mbank
• The app remains inaccessible if the phone is locked.
• If the phone is unlocked and found by a person without a PIN for Our Mbank, the application will not be enabled
• After changing the password and username, access to the application with the old credentials is not possible

If you lose your card or suspect any type of misuse of your payment card by third parties, you need to immediately react in one of the following ways:
